Grumpy old git, had a couple of strokes, and like writing me rambles , verses, about me feeling , emotions of me and others jon our life changing journey .never been one to sugar coat what I say , people need know how emotions an effect people after their strokes, and what it feels like to be isolated, depressed and feel their no longer part of society, hence kicking strokes ass in words were formed, for only when you accept your emotions and get them out in the open the healing can start, plus then you realize you are. Not alone , .. Xxxx
