Bio
Allison’s passion is rooted in educating others about their expansive human potential. Her work is about cultivating an ability to be fully present and access joy, intuition, and creativity beyond our typical patterns. She has studied Jungian Psychology, holistic health, energy therapies, meditation and spirituality. Before becoming a psychotherapist, she was a massage therapist and grew to respect the link between the physical body and emotional experiences. Now, she offers workshops and remote sessions with the purpose of facilitating expansion and personal growth.
