Bio
Alvaro Hernandez is a Lean Manufacturing enthusiast because he has seen it work. Alvaro has been using the lean tools for the last 5 years in multiple product lines and brands. The direct results of his Keizen events have started a wheel of continuous improvement which led to his Masters in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
This is the latest installment of his path to try to share his views and uses of the Lean Tools. The goal is to remove some of that daily waste that kills our daily productivity.
