What I do:
“I help individuals who are looking to create a joyous life that is consistent with their true nature. Through a system of blog writing, we start with uncovering your true values. Then we synthesize how these values bear influence on your life. Finally we begin to take action of bringing your true values to your current lifestyle. The process is life changing and happiness making."
My Inspiration:
When I was 33 years old, I had an experience that changed my life. With a brilliant coach, I uncovered my authentic values and the meaning they held for me. I want to live a rich life consistent with my values where my heart and my mind find a precious harmony. Chasing my dream fostered by my authentic self, offers the opportunity to measure my intentions every step of the way. I will continue to learn the lessons of life for as long as the sun shines down on my face. Today, I wake up in the morning feeling the calm sense that I am in control of my day. I feel joy as I step outside the door for my morning run, knowing that my passion is waiting for me upon my return.
