Hi! My name is Amanda and I could not be happier to have you checking out our website. I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist so you will see me writing a lot about food, nutrition, and posting delicious recipes. I also love fitness and do a lot of Crossfit, lifting, and gymnastics.
