Hi All. I am a yoga and pilates intstructor in New Yorks Hamptons area who has created a yoga lifestlye retreat center that is home base for on-line lifestyle tips and advice featuring video, audio, and traditional content about living a more concious, integrated, connected and therefore healthy life. My motto is, "If its true in your body, then its true in your Life, and if its true in your life, then its true in your body." Raw Juice Fasting, Vegetarian Feasting, Knitting and crafting,and international art adventures : all with yoga integration will be recorded right here.
