Bio
I am a certified trainer, health coach and fitness nutrition specialist, hoping to possibly create a successful blog. I have this pipe dream that what they say about being naturally good at what you love, is actually true. I'm no 'Biggest Loser' by any stretch of the imagination, but I am a weight loss success story in my own right, and it's been an interesting roller-coaster ride.
