Bio
I am a poet and novelist. After winning a National Literary Award in Australia in 1995 for a short story, I started writing seriously. In 2002, I had a work of young adult fiction called 'History at My Fingertips' published. It's about a school girl who gets to study really famous artifacts , like the Rosetta Stone and the Mona Lisa in her own home due to her mother's extraordinary abilities. It's distribution was poor so I would like it to be republished and then I'll write some sequels. 5 novels followed including a mammoth one set in in Roman Britain. I began but have not finished the Viking age novel on this blog and I'm currently writing a book set in a remote town in NSW. Blogging about my farm allows me to write without thinking too hard.
