Bio
I am a married mother of three. Two wonderful boys, 18 and 13, and one beautiful daughter, 16. I consider myself a lifelong student. I am in my late 40's and at a time in my life where I am experimenting with new things. The things I've always wanted to do and never found time for in the past. I've found a bit of talent in some of my endeavors. I've always been interested in art and shape. Abstract Art is what is taking up most of my time at the moment. I am very busy reading about early Abstract Art and the movement in the late nineteenth century. I'm studying Hilma Af Klint and some of the other, more familiar artist such as Wassily Kandinsky. I want to share the foundation of Abstract Art which I find remarkable. .
I studied Art in college and have trained under the watercolorist, Katherine Hillis. I owned a Photography business for a while until the camera phone took over. I love the spiritual, learning new things, being a wife and mother, and my dog Wilson! I have a lot I would like to share on this blog as well as make it a way to share my art and life experience....sometimes funny and sometimes not so much. I hope to include things in this blog for everyone from 9 to 109. Take care and I hope to be hearing from you soon.
