Bio
I coach, train and consult for some of the UK's biggest companies (London School of Economics, the Civil Service/ Go Ahead/NHS/Gleneagles + many more).
I like my clients to think of me as someone to turn to for support and when they're sat around a table discussing a problem they have, someone says.. "Andy can help with that." That's pretty much what I do. I help.
That can mean anything from a detailed management development programme, team or 1:1 coaching, creating a strategic plan for you or MBTI/Insights/Jung's Colour typology for you and your team. Every day is different when you have 20 bosses!!!! and I love that.
