Bio
Fine art photography: Family history, architectural photographers, commercial art and art history shaped my aesthetic. My fine art photography work falls in one of these three areas: emotionally charged landscapes, humorous juxtapositions, pop culture layered with art references.
In 2017, the Hunter Museum’s Spectrum Art Committee chose "Betty" for its prestigious art auction. "Betty" sparks a smile and captures a part of the South quickly disappearing – businesses off the beaten path with quirky slogans. The Edwin Hotel features three fine art photos. In-Town-Gallery in Chattanooga, Tennessee features my photography.
I'm always looking for the details that tell a story – to connect with others. I’m honored art collectors from California, New York, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee find meaning and pleasure in my work.
Writing: Open to literary agents. "Write Me Back - If You Can" manuscript complete.
