Bio
Diplomas in Herbal Medicine and Diet and Nutrition with distinction. Thesis on Pharmacognosy. Member of BHMA, British Herbal Medicine Association.
Born in Athens, Greece and grown up in Rome, Italy, both Mediterranean countries with very high interest and adoption of healthy living, I very soon develop an enormous interest in everything that is healthy and natural.
My interest in healthy nutrition and natural healing methods drove me to study Medicine in Italy and, consequently, take a Diploma in Herbal Medicine and a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition from Oxford College.
I also strongly believe that “prevention is better than cure” and nature give us all the necessary to maintain a long and healthy life.
