Bio
Drs. Maggie & Len Argentine are semi-retired health professionals. Maggie, from Lockport, NY, is a doctorally prepared nursing leader with over 45 years in nursing practice, teaching, research and administration, Maggie has worked with elementary kids on obesity and was primary author of the Madison County [NY] Child Obesity Prevalence Study. Len, from Canastota, NY, is a former internist who works part time in geriatrics. Either or both Maggie & Len will work with you to reach your optimal health as Independent Health Coaches. Len has lost 46 pounds and is off all BP meds; Maggie has lost 26 pounds. Both are 4 years post weight loss and working on creating optimal health in our own lives.
