Bio
I write things; thoughts, stories, articles, you name it. I've been a writer as long as I can remember. Journalism is my focus—I live to tell people's stories, to reach the public through language and vivid imagery, and to capture the world we live in through my personal lens.
I'm currently a second-year master's student graduating May 10 from the Department of Journalism at CU Boulder. My area of expertise is environmental science and policy; here, you can look forward to weekly science news briefs and multimedia story packages.
This blog also features the writing I've done with various publications, including the Grand Junction Free Press; the Criterion, Colorado Mesa University's student newspaper; Horizon Magazine, CMU's student magazine; The Maverick, CMU's marketing magazine; InsideCMU, CMU's monthly newsletter; and Los Angeles Magazine, where I interned the summer of 2014.
