About Artopia:
Artopia is the brainchild of Asha Dalvi Vasudevan; inspired, conceived & materialized as a happy place for art. The world of Artopia has no limitations when it comes to art- the art of all sorts, for all ages, and most importantly, art for all the art-loving fraternity. One need not be a seasoned artist, as we believe it is for everyone, it’s just a matter of exploring. In our world, there is nothing & no one who doesn't like art; we simply believe that they haven't found the right art to explore the artist in them.
We at Artopia, conduct several workshops for all age groups, including corporate paint parties, employee engagement activities, weekend workshops, recreational workshops & children's workshops.
About Me:
Fashion Consultant by qualification &an artist by passion. That probably marks a trajectory of origin of my work to its current status.
After graduation in Fashion studies, I took my leap to Fashion Journalism which later brought me to a leading conglomerate, The Times Of India Group to be a part of their talent management team, “Shoot Talent Management”. This gradually escalated to managing the national pageant Femina Miss India & all its nationwide subsidiaries, including the national winners to their international counterparts like Miss World, Miss Earth, & Miss Diva.
After a great corporate-run & a few sleepless nights only did the realization occur to move on to scale new heights & follow the trail of passion, but however conventional ideologies still held the leap back. After a few more stints at Public Relations & Branded Content, finally came a time (or saturation if I may say) to venture & explore, and thus Artopia was born. The art &the underlying feeling of being liberated every time that I pursued it, just made my belief strong to share this vibe with more, who probably could get a moment to escape from their daily routine. Soon, the concept of organizing workshops aimed at the recreational purposes for Employee Engagement activities took shape. And gladly so, there is no looking back!
