Bio
Hi, my name is Shanna and I'm a run-aholic. I'm a also an artist. Well, a painter. And a mom. And a wife. And a restaurant owner. I wear a lot of hats. But aside from my familial duties (um, I meant, privileges), my two passions are truly my art and running. My 9 year-old daughter said to me that it's strange that my two favorite things to do are run and paint, claiming that the two don't intuitively go hand in hand. I think the two are perfectly complimentary. I run mostly on the mountain, where are I am constantly inspired by the colors and beauty surrounding me. It is that inspiration and energy that I then bring back to the studio. So here it is. My ode to my what fuels me.
