Bio
I am a spa consultant and advocate and wrote the book, Art of the Spa, published by Andrews McMeel. When I was 16, I lost over 50 pounds by emulating the Golden Door Spa's lifestyle plan and have been fascinated by spas ever since. I have worked with spas all over the world and hope to inspire others to be their best by living with a spa approach.
