Bio
Ashlan Martin is an instructor for several programs at Skills and
EAZ. Ashlan has been a Full-time hairstylist for the last 10 years.
For three years she taught at Salt Lake Community College in the
Barbering/Cosmetology Department. She currently does hair out of
her home and is employed Full Time for Skills and EAZ. Although she loves doing hair, her passion is fitness. Between
Skills and EAZ She spends several hours a week teaching classes and
working with members in the club. Ashlan loves helping members and helping them to find the type of training that helps them reach their fitness goals.
There is nothing more rewarding then seeing member fall in love with fitness.
Ashlan is a mom of three incredible kids, a daughter and two boys. They keep her motivated to continue towards her fitness passion. Being a mom is always first, over the last two years when time has permitted she has participated in several distances of triathlons, and marathons. She is currently a member of the Rocky Mountain Running and Triathlon Board. She was honored to be invited to be part of such an elite organization. She says, "It proves
that winning every race for you and nobody else, is all that matters."Ashlan is so grateful for the members at Skills Fitness and for all they have
taught her in the last year. It's incredible having a job that you look forward to every single day. It doesn't matter your fitness level
there is a place for you at Skills Fitness and EAZ.
