Bio
Edna is a restorative mediation practitioner and facilitates public dialogues. She facilitates workplace mediation for the United States Postal Service. She practices the process of restorative conferencing and authored, "Minimizing Conflict through Restorative Conference," a groundbreaking guide to resolving disputes in a peaceful, nonthreatening manner. She offers facilitation for schools, churches, and organizations. Edna enjoys her volunteer work with community organizations; she considers her ministerial work with individuals and families a very rewarding experience. Her hobbies are singing, golfing and writing.
