I suffered from infertility in my mid twenties causing me to submerge myself into diet and lifestyle related factors that affect our health. I regularly read and study the latest research on diet and fitness, behavior modification and self help books to work to improve my own quality of life and use whatever knowledge I obtain to help my clients, friends and family achieve a more satisfactory life as well. This blog, I feel, will help me achieve that goal, of helping others and sharing my knowledge on a more global vs. just individual scale.
