Bio
Luis A. Marrero is the pioneer of meaningful purpose psychology, Second Wave Organization Development, and Coachsulting. He is also the author of 'The Path to a Meaningful Purpose: Psychological Foundations of Logoteleology' (2013); his first book on an anthology. He co-authored a second book with Daniel Persuitte, "Meaningful Purpose: A Primer in Logoteleology." (2022) Mr. Marrero is CEO of the Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose, and lives in Westfield, Massachusetts. He has international experience as an HR professional, logoteleologist, OD consultant, lecturer, facilitator, and coach. Luis has worked for iconic brands such as The Walt Disney Company.
