Bio
I’m a Grandson of Donald Clarkson, who is the subject of the blog 'A Very Man' — which his cousin called him in her commiserating letter to his wife. He was the raconteur, farmer, husband, poet, horseman, marksman and father of 3 who was killed in France in 1918 - aged 38, and just 3 weeks before Armistice. This site promotes his book, written by my father, called 'A Very Man', 2nd Ed., 2008, published by the Clarkson Trust.
