One of my favorite movie quotes is a line spoken by Carl the FBI agent in Catch Me If You Can. Impersonating a pilot, Frank requests of Carl “Stop chasing me!” Carl replies simply “I can’t stop, it’s my job.”
I feel that way every day. Every transaction is a story and each home buyer has a unique tale, a specific wish list. Every lender handles their bank-owned properties differently. The vast world of short sales presents worlds of new challenges. Sellers in our current market face concerns that never existed before. Frequently I’m asked why I am so determined to make every one of these stories work out. I find myself replying, “I can’t stop, it’s my job.”
My clients ARE my job, so doing what’s best for the client is clearly my top priority. Your calls and e-mails will always be responded to… promptly! Even after the transaction is complete, I’m here for you. “I can’t stop, it’s my job.”
Yes, I do have a list of credentials and I’d be happy to recite them for you, but only on demand. My credentials are significant but not meaningful. Here’s what I hope you take away from this. I’ll be up-front with you. At the end of the day you will be satisfied with the job I’ve done. It’s what I learned in the military and what I believe is important.
