Bio
Hi there, and welcome to Overthinkers Unite! Thanks for joining me, another Nervous Nellie just like you, on the journey toward truly living well and enjoying the bite-sized things in life.
As a young woman in my early twenties fresh off the collegiate boat, I've spent my fair share of time worrying. These worries have been about anything from my happiness and desirability to my wellness and my life's general trajectory. I'd find myself thinking, "What am I going to do with my life? Is what I'm currently doing enough? Is everyone else doing something way cooler? Are they all more fulfilled than me?"
With all this thinking I've been doing for the last 20+ years comes a whole lot of honest reflection, tough love, intense gratitude, and ultimately, a boatload of wisdom. Although I'll always be on the road of self-improvement, I see it as a positive, fun (although exhausting at times), and incredibly eye-opening journey that has made me realize the importance of all those little things that make me smile in everyday life. And I'm not a unique case - which is why I'm so passionate about sharing my experiences and wisdom with all of you worrywarts! You'll be able to relate to my struggles (some may hit home harder than others) and I'll teach you how to overcome them and get more of an overall kick out of life. My goal is to inspire the confidence, peace of mind, and gratitude in all of you that I've learned to cultivate myself. Think of my blog as answers to all the questions you could never find answers to on Google, but with a twist of spicy humor because it's important not to take life too seriously. So get cozy and grab a glass of wine or your favorite hot beverage. It's time to stop hyperventilating and relax with me.
