Approved participants of the Buyers Assistance Programs can buy almost any home they select either for sale by owner or from the multiple listing service (MLS). Buyers Assistance makes reasonable offers to buy homes in good condition for cash and then resells them to their approved participants with some form of owner financing or down payment assistance. The original homeowner also benefits by getting his home sold quickly at a fair price, without any additional cost.
