Barbara S. Talley is an African American keynote speaker, author, poet, publisher, and workshop leader who lives in the Washington DC metro area. She speaks on the themes of vision, values, and virtues. She teaches on Change Management, Neuroscience of Change, Emotional Intelligence, Diversity, Leadership, Time Management, Goal Setting and Empowerment.
