Bio
I have embarked on a journey of weight loss by changing my diet and lifestyle for the good of my health and heart. So far I have gone from 96 kg at the start 12 months ago and now weigh 76 kg. This blog is a record of my journey with all the trials, tribulations and mistakes made along the way. I have another 10 - 12 kg to lose but it doesn't end there; it's a blog about my day to day challenges, and I hope it helps others to avoid the same mistakes.
