Bio
My name is Diane Myers, and I love, rescue and train dogs. I currently have three dogs, Sean and Trooper, both Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Bonnet (short for BlueBonnet) an Austalian Cattle Dog mix (she's 1/4 corgi). I hold training classes at a doggie daycare center in Oklahoma City, called Central Park, Your Canine Connection. I also do one-on-one training in the home for dogs not suited for training classes. My passion is helping dogs with behavior problems keep their homes.
I have been involved in corgi rescue for 15 years, first in Atlanta, GA, then in Houston, TX , then in New Hampshire. I've worked with shelters in assessing dogs for adoption and training dogs to make them more adoptable. Now I'm back in Oklahoma City, and have taken a hiatus for formal corgi rescue, but still help out where I can.
