Bio
I am a strength & conditioning coach and sports scientist based in Brisbane, Queensland. I founded my company, Building Elite, as a platform to give others the resources they need to be 'elite', whatever that means to them.
We are built by athletes, for athletes, and this is our take on all things life and training.
