A man does as he is when he can do what he wants.
I am married (NYC, Valentine's Day 2012) to the most incredible wonderful sweet Man in the whole universe. He is my heart and my soul and life with him is sweeter than anything I could imagine - he loves me and I love him!
What am I here for? Sometimes I really do wonder, but in the past I have said to make friends and to express myself more clearly.
I get asked about my name... A LOT! so I thought I'd better explain it: BeastOz was born as an alias to hide from a cyber-stalker but it stuck and I like it. I have a lot of friends that know me as Beast/Beastie as a result. It has NOTHING to do with beastiality or animals (other than thru furry fandom).
It IS a combination of Beast from X-Men (blue, furry, intelligent and frequently mis-perceived as scarey/nasty/beastly) AND the Beast from Beauty and the Beast... something much nicer on the inside and set free of my curse by my Beauty. Of course fairy tale endings are just that, except sometimes, just maybe...
So there... now you know ;-)
My interests are broad and range from people, music, art, literature, theatre and film, architecture to computers (Apple all the way), popular culture, politics and activism.
