Bio
I’m a 30-something scientist with a PhD in the biological sciences. I study the genetics behind human diseases with the hopes of finding drugs to prevent the diseases, or at least slow down its progression. I am fascinated by the way genetics and environmental factors shape how we grow and age.
My research is a full-time job, including nights and weekends. When I’m not at my lab bench or reading papers at home, I fill my free time playing with beauty products, upping my skincare routine, playing dress up, and crafting! In my little corner of the internet, I’ll talk about everything I consider beautiful- makeup, clothes, food and life!
