Bio
Hi, I’m Katriyn-Ann.
I started this blog because I’ve always been the big sister — the one expected to know what to do, how to handle things, and how to “be strong”… even when I was still figuring life out myself.
Growing up, I didn’t always have someone to guide me. A lot of what I know came from trial, error, tears, healing, and starting over.
So this space is for you — especially if you’re a big sister too, or a woman who feels like she has to hold everything together.
Here, I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned and the things I’m still learning:
from beauty and self-care, to food, faith, mental health, love, boundaries, healing, career, money, marriage, PCOS, and all the messy, beautiful things life throws at us.
This isn’t about having it all together.
It’s about growing, healing, and becoming — one honest step at a time.
