Bio
I’m Leigh, the owner and lead stager behind Stage & Style by Leigh. I’m based just outside Edmonton on a piece of land in Athabasca County, and I’ve been obsessed with real estate for years—first as an investor, then as a realtor, and now as a home stager and property stylist.
My husband and I started out by investing in four condos in Edmonton after a real estate investing workshop in Calgary. Somewhere between analyzing cap rates and walking units, I realized what really lit me up wasn’t just the numbers—it was seeing how small, smart changes could completely shift how a property felt and performed.
When we sold our own home in Fort McMurray after the wildfire, we updated flooring, brightened the paint, and prepped it properly for market. The average days on market at the time were around six months. We sold in about 30 days. That experience stuck with me. I saw first-hand how presentation isn’t fluff—it’s strategy.
Today, I stage homes across Edmonton and surrounding communities for realtors, builders, and homeowners who want honest advice, not sugar-coating. I work on everything from vacant condos and spec homes to busy family houses and rural properties. My style is simple: real talk, practical steps, and design that respects both the people living in the home and the buyers who are walking through it.
I’m not here to judge anyone’s taste or push unnecessary upgrades. My job is to help you protect your price, cut down on days on market, and make the selling experience less stressful. Sometimes that’s a full vacant staging package. Sometimes it’s a one-hour consultation and a to-do list. Either way, I treat every property as if it were my own money on the line.
