Bio
A native New Yorker, I have been living in Virginia for 30 years. I have a wonderful husband and two very entertaining cats.
In former lifetimes, I have been an elementary school, language arts/reading teacher, mortgage lending operations manager, underwriter and legal assistant. Now, in my Autumn, I can proudly say I am an "author." I have recently had my first children's book published, Phillip's Quest, Book 1: Winterfrost. Of all my accomplishments, I am the proudest of my book!
An only child, I was born into a large Italian-American family. My mother, was an incredible cook, but a more incredible woman. Like her, I love to cook and watch people eat!
I was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at age 22. A slowly degenerating disease, gave me the opportunity to do a lot of living in a very short time. Now, I have time to do what I truly love. Write and make jewelry.
