Bio

Hi, it's Bertie here. I studied cookery and worked as a chef in Michelin starred restaurants in different countries. I worked in a traditional Spanish restaurant where I learned how to really nail Paellas of all types. I won the 1st prize in a National Cooking Contest up against other 390 chefs and appeared on the telly. I was on stage with a famous chef host of a cut throat cooking TV show.
