The advice may seem harsh and impossible, old-fashioned and disempowering.
But if you know what it means to be a PRIZE CATCH, you’ll know it’s in fact very empowering.
Therefore, I will not gloss over what is glaringly obvious but politically incorrect to say.
I will state the truth whether it’s palatable or not. The truth shouldn’t be shunned just because it makes someone uncomfortable.

You deserve to date without anxiety, pain, and confusion. You deserve to relax and enjoy dating or your relationship. You deserve to sleep like a princess.
