Bio
All I've wanted for a long time is peace and health.
I want a space to explore my loves and interest in health, nutrition, and fitness. I also want to be able to write about overcoming things like depression, anxiety, and addiction.
I’m an artist, writer, musician, fashion junkie, foodie, adventurer, and a really deep thinker. I always feel like I have a lot to say and to contribute, but at the same time I don’t always say it or do it. Here’s my two cents
