PERSONAL STATEMENT
I consider myself to be a naturally intuitive teacher. I connect with students in a friendly and positive way. I find it easy to put
them at their ease, quickly recognising their strengths and weaknesses, bolstering their confidence and offering support where
necessary.
I have 15 years' successful experience of teaching Art and Design, Drawing and Painting, Photography, Life Drawing and Art History
appreciation, including A level. I have much experienced of the Unendorsed and Endorsed courses. I have had the responsibility of
running a busy art department and being an upper and lower school form tutor.
I love teaching and have taught all ages from 7 to 18 years. I believe students of all ages thrive from being creative and innovative.
I am well organised, a natural teacher and committed to the teaching profession.
