‘We sold up and moved to Spain to invest, we had a good businesses employed a local and decided to sell our properties to retire. We then found the employee was stealing from our Business , Keys, deposits ,property ,clients deeds to property's and client lists . We went to the Police as it is a criminal act under full employment , and asked our Lawyer Xavier Perris ( Falset ) to negotiate on our behalf for an out of court agreement, however this is Spain. Even though Paul Sellwood our member of staff made a full admission of guilt through the court ,78,000 euros was demanded from us by the local Judge ,and the story is amazing, Spain the EU and the dream is a giant corrupt disaster, there are 110,000 British citizens with property problems in Spain this is the true story of just one.
