Bio
biNjaO is an experienced Deals (finance) Professional. He has gained experience across corporate & investment banking & consulting services; having advised multinationals across diversified industries of financial services, agriculture, oil & gas, energy, construction, manufacturing healthcare, IT, etc.. He has worked on numerous financial due diligence assignments, business turnarounds/restructuring and distressed M&A engagements, as lead negotiator and team leader in exposures exceeding billions of dollars.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Investment Finance. He is a Chartered Public Accountant with the CPA and Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA. He is playing around with the CFA exams and enrolled for a PhD in Behavioral Finance.
