Binkley & Barfield, Inc. has been designing and supporting communities with infrastructure solutions for over 40 years.
Started as Binkley & Holmes in 1972, our founders believed that honesty, integrity, and quality were the keys to achieving a successful engineering firm. With hard work and dedication, Binkley & Holmes grew to be a reliable, trustworthy business in the community and across the State of Texas. In March 1986, Binkley & Holmes expanded its services to the DFW Metroplex by opening it’s second office in Plano. In 1990, the firm changed its corporate name to Binkley & Barfield, Inc. in order to more accurately reflect the executive management team. In 1998, BBI experienced great success and opened our third office serving the Central Texas region in Austin.
Today we serve the state of Texas from our corporate offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and College Station; and through our wholly-owned subsidiary companies, Baseline Surveyors, LANDEV Engineers, and C & P Engineers.
With over 40 years of civil engineering savvy, BBI continues to grow and serve Texans and Texas cities, counties, and state agencies with unparalleled regional experience and local expertise.
