Bio
I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder in 1985. Since then I have been living with this disease, sometimes flourishing, sometimes not so much. I am a Molecular Biologist and have an MSEd in School counseling as well. I also blog for the Huffington Post. I have a brilliant son in Law School. And an amazing husband who has stuck by me for 26 years!! I act, sing, take photographs, cook, bake and write. I cope with this illness as best I can.
