Barb Rolek is a former executive chef and pastry chef, culinary school graduate and teacher of the culinary arts.
Barb is the former food editr, restaurant critic and food columnist for The Times of Northwest Indiana and the Post-Tribune. Currently, she is a freelance food and lifestyles writer and editor, most notably for About.com, specializing in Eastern European food.
