Bio

Hi, My name is Dwight Philpott. I was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Garland, Texas. I've been photographing all sorts of events since 1988. I've also been a disc jockey since then as well. Working with groups of people is my specialty. I especially love photographing weddings. We love children too . We also do team sports as well. When documenting your wedding, you want just the right style – one that matches your vision perfectly. You want the images to be beautiful, life-long testimonies to one of the biggest days of your life. And getting them to look just the way you want is our job. I opened up my first studio in Wylie, Texas. I also did photography for the Wylie Sentinel Newspaper, and was a member of the Texas Press Association. I moved to Canton, Georgia (just north of Atlanta) in August 1995. I am a current member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). My wife's name is Jessica, and we have two lovely children Emma and Dylan. Photography by Dwight is located in Canton, Georgia.
