Bio
I am a lifetime resident of the Inland Empire...having lived and sold homes extensively in the areas of North Rialto and El Rancho Verde, the North end of San Bernardino and in the Twin Peaks, Lake Arrowhead, and Crestline mountain areas as well. I know my communities and the great people and merchants of these awesome towns. I uniquely understand how to negotiate the best market price out of the homes in these areas for sellers, and conversely, negotiate the lowest possible price for buyers seeking homes in these historic communities. But foremost--I am well known for my integrity as an agent and community member...as a community member, neighbor, congregation member, fellow resident...and friend. I meet all of my clients with a plethora of great recommendations from extremely happy former sellers AND buyers. The folks I work with become my friends, and their dreams are always my utmost concern in all my real estate doings. Every real estate agent charges the same percentage. I really want more. I want the families to love our work together...10 years after the sale.
