Bio

My name is Bob Lewis. I have published my Blog: www.ourdailybread101.com since 2011 and am a devout Christian and an active member of Sagemont Church in Houston. I was born in Arkansas where I graduated from High School; I attended Memphis State Univ. on a Track & Field Scholarship and graduated with a BS Degree in Math and a 2nd LT USAF Commission; In USAF, I was on a B52 Crew, was on the Wing Commander's Staff at Travis AFB where I attended night-school at USC and obtained an MS Degree in Systems Management; flew in B52's out of Kadena AFB in Okinawa during the Vietnam War; After 6-years in USAF, I resigned to take a position with IBM in Houston, TX where I had the entire Houston Medical Center as my territory; After 5-years with IBM, I resigned to start my own computer service bureau serving the savings & loan industry in Texas, building it up to having 444 S&L Branches on-line; After 8-years in the S&L serving business, I sold the company to a public company and started what became a nation-wide, publicly-traded long-distance company; After 16-years of building up the LD Company, I sold it to a public company and got into the real estate business in Texas where I have been ever since with Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Services - 1998 to present. I have been: President and a member of the Board: Pearland Rotary Club; President and a member of the Board: Pearland Int'l Exchange Club; Past-President and a member of the Board: Houston South Camp - Gideons - Currently Chaplain; Founding Member of the Pearland Economic Development Corp. (1995-1997) Member of the Real Estate: Chairman's Circle; President's Circle; Multi-Million-Dollar Club I Have been Married to Diane Lewis since 1983 and have 6-children & 8 Grandchildren!
