Bio
I am owner of Body Symmetry, a mother, health advocate, holistic nutrition lifestyle consultant, colon therapist, lecturer, cancer survivor, author, educator, and perpetual student. I hold a Masters of Science with high honors in Holistic Nutrition and a Bachelors of Art in Psychology. As a Colon Hydrotherapist I am certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy. I also served as secretary of the North Carolina Colon Hydrotherapy Safety Association and vice president of the American Holistic Medical Association. I have also completed Level 4 in Touch for Health training and am trained in Bio-Electrical Impedance Measurement testing. I co-founded the GET LEAN Weight Loss Program as well as the Prescription for Wellness Program. Both programs are one of a kind, incorporating my Nutrition and Psychology expertise. I authored the program-specific cookbook, Here’s to Your Health.
