Bio
My name is Lori Bogedin, along with my husband Jerry, we own and operate a restaurant in northeastern Pennsylvania. I am an ordained Spiritual Minister, Intuitive Reiki Healer, IET Energy Healer, and life student of the I Ching. I was selected to enter a section in Brian L. Weiss, M.D and Amy E. Weiss, M.S.W new book called "Miracles Happen", I am the author of a free online book called Spiral Blueprint Meditation, which details a body movement clearing technique of my own design, Spiral Blueprint Daily Acts of Kindness Blog, along with several other blogs and I am writing my first children's book.
I offer tiny bits of insight, through my life's stories and struggles. Knowledge gained through trial and error and humor. Together we can open to the insightful inner world of intuition, deep personal transformation and aim for logical reasoning in understanding the direction of life's wonderful journey.
Every step lengthening and improving the never ending, ever changing road. Meditation provides the vehicle, awareness provides a scenery, and taking the first step is the only thing that will keep you moving in the right direction.
