I'm a 46yr old Aussie, currently living in the UK. I am mother to two daughters; an awesome 20 yr old goddess who lives in Australia and an 8 yr old warrior princess with Down Syndrome, disabilities and Special Needs.

This blog is about my youngest girl, Macy.
My aim is to use the experience and adventures Macy and I have had, since pre-natal diagnosis of DS through to present day, as a mother and special needs daughter out in the big wide world. And, hopefully maybe, entertain or inform our readers.
I also have a personal blog which is far more random and contains a LOT more swear words. It is full of NOMEITUK, stories, musings, and poetry that feels more like song lyrics. It's available at https://bornsmudgy.blog
