Bio
I moved to Boulder to attend CU and ended up never leaving working in the restaurant industry for over 35 years, of which 30 years at the Boulder Cork alone, co-owner of the imfamous food truck and catering company, Bumper Crop, and now sole owner of Fresh Catering :)

Grew up in Idaho and moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in high school which is where the love of chiles started.
